ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• Our body kit upgrade front + sides + rear for Scirocco 2008-2014 “Pre-facelift” is manufactured from PP plastic (polypropylene).

COMES WITH:

• Front bumper skin (unpainted) with full fitting kit and brackets.
• 3 x Lower grills in gloss black.
• Centre R-line style grill.
• DRL (daytime running lights) with built-in indicator led and wiring loom.
• A pair of side skirts.
• A pair of door skirt add-ons.
• Rear bumper skin (unpainted) with a full fitting kit and brackets.
• 4 x Fake dummies sensors for the rear bumper “in case your vehicle does not have parking sensors”.
• Rear bumper reflectors and tow eye cover.
• A gloss black rear diffuser.

INSTALLATION:

1. Preparation:
– Park the car on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
– Clean the areas where the new components will be installed, ensuring they’re free from dirt or residue.

2. Removing the OEM Bumpers:
– Locate and remove the bolts or clips securing the OEM front and rear bumpers. These are usually found underneath the bumpers.
– Gently detach any electrical connectors or sensors connected to the bumpers.
– Carefully remove the OEM front and rear bumpers and set them aside.

3. Installing the New Front and Rear Bumpers:
– Position the Scirocco R-style front and rear bumpers onto the designated mounting points of the vehicle.
– Secure the new bumpers using the bolts or clips removed from the OEM bumpers.

4. Attaching the Side Skirts:
– Apply double-sided tape to the areas of the side skirts that will adhere to the car’s body.
– Apply a thin layer of automotive silicone adhesive along the edges of the side skirts for added adhesion.
– Carefully position the side skirts against the car’s body and secure them using screws underneath for additional support.

5. Final Checks:
– Ensure all components (front bumper, rear bumper, and side skirts) are aligned properly and sit flush against the car’s body.
– Wipe off any excess adhesive or residues using a clean cloth or alcohol wipes.
