INSTALLATION:

1. Preparation:
– Park the car on a level surface and turn off the engine.
– Gather all necessary tools and ensure ample workspace.

2. Removing the Rear Bumper:
– Use a socket wrench set to loosen and remove bolts securing the rear bumper. These bolts are typically located under the bumper, in the wheel arches, and inside the trunk area.
– Carefully detach any screws, clips, or fasteners holding the bumper in place using trim removal tools.
– Slowly and gently detach the rear bumper from the vehicle, being mindful of any wiring connected to sensors or lights. Place it in a safe location.

3. Changing the Diffuser:
– Remove the OEM diffuser by unscrewing it from the underside of the bumper.
– Install the GLC 63 style rear diffuser from the body kit by securely fastening it to the bumper using the provided hardware.

4. Reattaching the Rear Bumper:
– Carefully reattach the rear bumper by aligning it with the mounting points on the vehicle.
– Reconnect any wiring harnesses for sensors or lights, ensuring they are properly secured.
– Secure the bumper by reinserting bolts, screws, and clips removed earlier.

5. Final Checks:
– Double-check all connections and ensure the new diffuser is securely installed.
– Lower the car from the jack stands or car lift.
