ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture our Mercedes A45 AMG W176 2013-2018 A-Class wide body kit conversion in-house using high-grade FRP “fiber re-enforced plastic”.

COMES WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• A 3 Pieces FRP front lip.
• x 4 Front wide fender flares set “unpainted”.
• x 6 rear wide fender flares set “unpainted”.
• A 6 pieces FRP rear diffuser.

​​INSTALLATION:

1. Front and Rear Arches:
– Carefully measure and mark the areas where you’ll need to cut the front and rear arches to accommodate the wider body kit.
– Use precision cutting tools to make clean, even cuts. Take your time to ensure accuracy.
– Install rivet nuts into the newly cut arches. Ensure they are securely fastened.

2. Body Attachment:
– Carefully position the body kit components in place, ensuring they align properly with the vehicle’s body.
– Use automotive silicone adhesive along the contact points between the body kit and the car’s body. This will help create a secure bond.
– Secure the body kit in place using screws, making sure it’s firmly attached.

3. Additional Accessories:
– For other accessories included in the kit, use automotive silicone and screws.
– Double-check the alignment of all components and make any necessary adjustments.

4. Visual Inspection:
– Perform a thorough visual inspection to ensure that all components are correctly aligned, securely attached, and look as intended.
