ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture our GT350 style rear diffuser for the Ford Mustang 2015-2017 in-house using PP Plastic (polypropylene).
• Comes with a pair of stainless steel exhaust Tailpipes.

INSTALLATION:

1. Preparation:
– Park the car on a flat surface and engage the parking brake.
– Open the trunk and remove any items to access the rear of the car.
– Put on safety goggles before starting any cutting work.

2. Removing the Rear Bumper:
– Remove the screws, bolts, or clips securing the rear bumper to the car. These are typically located under the bumper, wheel wells, and inside the trunk.
– Carefully disconnect any electrical connectors, such as lights or sensors, attached to the bumper.
– Gently remove the OEM bumper and set it aside.

3. Replacing the OEM Diffuser:
– Locate and remove the OEM diffuser from the bumper by unscrewing or unclipping it from the bumper assembly.
– Position the new GT350 style diffuser in place and ensure it aligns properly with the bumper.
– Secure the new diffuser onto the bumper using the appropriate fasteners provided with the kit or compatible fasteners.

4. Modifying Exhaust Tailpipes:
– Measure and mark the section of the OEM exhaust tailpipes that need to be cut off for relocation.
– Using suitable cutting tools, carefully cut the marked sections of the tailpipes. Ensure a clean and precise cut.

5. Installing the Rear Bumper:
– With the new diffuser and relocated tailpipes in place, carefully reattach the rear bumper to the car. Align it properly with the body panels.
– Secure the bumper by reinstalling the screws, bolts, or clips that were removed earlier.
– Reconnect any electrical connectors for lights or sensors.

6. Alignment and Final Checks:
– Ensure the bumper and diffuser are aligned correctly with the body of the car.
– Double-check the attachment points to confirm they are securely fastened.
– Test the functionality of any components connected to the bumper, such as lights or sensors.
