Our front splitter/lip has been designed and manufactured in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) very durable and strong.​ ” Please be aware that the finish on our front splitter/ lip is not gloss black paint, however, if you are happy with the finish you can install it, otherwise you can paint it.
• Front bumper skin not included.

INSTALLATION:

  1. Gather Your Tools:
  Before starting the installation, make sure you have all the necessary tools and materials, including the front splitter lip extension, screws, a screwdriver, automotive silicone adhesive, a clean cloth, and a leveling tool.

  2. Position the Splitter:
  Temporarily place the black FRP front lower splitter lip extension on the front bumper to confirm fit and alignment. Make any necessary adjustments before proceeding.

  3. Mark the Mounting Points:
  Using a pencil or masking tape, mark the positions where the splitter will be attached. Ensure the markings are symmetrical on both sides of the vehicle.

  4. Pre-drill Holes:
  Carefully pre-drill holes at the marked mounting points. Make sure the holes are appropriately sized to accommodate the screws without causing any damage to the splitter.

  5. Apply Automotive Silicone:
  Apply a thin, even layer of automotive silicone adhesive on the backside of the splitter lip extension. Focus on the areas that will come into contact with the front bumper. This step enhances the bond and provides additional support.

  6. Position and Secure with Screws:
  Align the splitter lip extension with the pre-drilled holes and carefully attach it to the front bumper using screws. Start by securing it loosely, then make final adjustments for proper alignment before tightening the screws.

  7. Wipe Off Excess Silicone:
  Immediately wipe off any excess silicone that may have squeezed out during the installation using a clean cloth. This ensures a neat and clean finish.

  8. Level and Adjust:
  Use a leveling tool to ensure that the splitter lip extension is properly aligned and level with the front bumper. Make any necessary adjustments before the adhesive fully sets.

  9. Allow for Curing Time:
  Let the automotive silicone cure as per the manufacturer’s recommendations before exposing the vehicle to extreme conditions or washing.

  10. Final Inspection:
  Conduct a final inspection to ensure the splitter lip extension is securely attached and aligned. Make any additional adjustments if needed.
