INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Area:
Ensure your Mustang is parked on a level surface. Open the hood and disconnect the vehicle’s battery.

2. Remove OEM Bumper:
Use the panel clip removal tool to detach the clips securing the OEM bumper cover. Carefully remove the clips and screws holding the bumper in place. With a second person’s assistance, gently pull the OEM bumper away from the vehicle.

3. Disconnect Wiring and Sensors:
If applicable, disconnect any wiring harnesses, fog lights, or sensors attached to the OEM bumper.

4. Prepare Shelby GT500 Style Bumper:
Unbox the Shelby GT500 Style Front Bumper Body Kit and inspect it for any damage. Place it on a clean surface, ensuring it won’t get scratched during installation.

5. Align the Bumper:
Carefully align the Shelby GT500 style bumper with the mounting points on the vehicle. Adjust as needed to ensure proper fitment.

6. Secure the New Bumper:
With the help of a second person, lift and place the Shelby GT500 style bumper onto the mounting points. Secure the bumper by hand-tightening the screws and reattaching any clips.

7. Connect Wiring and Sensors:
Reconnect any wiring harnesses, fog lights, or sensors to the new bumper.

8. Final Adjustment:
Close the hood and check for alignment. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure proper fitment.

9. Tighten Screws:
Use the socket and ratchet set to securely tighten all screws on the new bumper. Ensure everything is fastened evenly.

10. Reconnect the Battery:
Reconnect the vehicle’s battery.

11. Test the Bumper:
Gently press on different parts of the bumper to ensure it is securely in place. Make any final adjustments if needed.
