ITEM DESCRIPTION:

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Surface: Ensure that the area on your vehicle’s front bumper where you’ll attach the splitter is clean and free from dirt, grime, and residue. Clean the surface using your preferred cleaning supplies.

2. Test Fit: Before applying any adhesive, carefully place the splitter lip on the bumper to check the alignment and fit. Make any necessary adjustments to ensure it lines up perfectly.

3. Apply Adhesive: If your splitter lip comes with mounting brackets, install them as instructed. Then, apply a generous amount of automotive silicone adhesive to the backside of the lip. Ensure you cover the areas where it will contact the bumper.

4. Position and Secure: Carefully position the splitter lip on the front bumper, aligning it with the mounting brackets (if applicable). Press it firmly against the bumper to secure it in place.

5. Secure with Screws (If Needed): Depending on the design of the splitter and if it includes screw holes, you may need to add screws for additional stability. If so, carefully drill holes through the splitter lip and the bumper, then attach the screws as needed.

6. Cleanup: Wipe away any excess adhesive that may have oozed out during installation. Ensure a clean finish.

7. Final Check: Double-check the alignment and ensure that the splitter is securely in place.

8. Drying Time: Allow the adhesive to cure and dry as per the manufacturer’s instructions, usually for a few hours.
