INSTALLATION:

1. Gather Your Tools: Ensure you have the necessary tools and materials ready, including the front splitter, screws, automotive-grade silicone adhesive, a screwdriver, a drill with the appropriate drill bit, measuring tape, masking tape, and a friend to assist you.

2. Prepare the Area: Park your BMW 2 Series F87 M2 on a level surface and make sure the front of the vehicle is clean and free from dirt and debris.

3. Position the Splitter: Temporarily position the CS style gloss black front splitter on the front bumper to determine the ideal placement. Use measuring tape and masking tape to mark the precise location, ensuring it is level and symmetrically aligned.

4. Pre-drill Holes: Using the drill, pre-drill holes at the marked locations on both the front splitter and the front bumper. Make sure the holes are large enough to accommodate the screws.

5. Apply Automotive Silicone: Along the backside of the front splitter, apply a thin, even layer of automotive-grade silicone adhesive. This will help create a secure and watertight seal once the splitter is installed.

6. Attach the Splitter: Align the pre-drilled holes on the front splitter with those on the front bumper. Have your assistant hold the splitter in place while you insert the screws through the holes. Tighten the screws to secure the splitter.

7. Check Alignment: Use measuring tape and a level to ensure the front splitter is level and properly aligned. Make any necessary adjustments.

8. Final Check: Double-check that the front splitter is securely attached and that the silicone forms a watertight seal along the back edge.

9. Clean Up: Remove any masking tape and debris from the installation process, and ensure the front of the vehicle is clean.

10. Test Drive: After installation, take your BMW 2 Series F87 M2 for a test drive to ensure the front splitter remains secure and doesn’t affect the vehicle’s performance or handling.
