ITEM DESCRIPTION:

INSTALLATION:

1. Gather Your Tools: Ensure you have the necessary tools and materials ready, including the M2 CS style aluminum hood bonnet, a socket set, a friend to assist you, and any included installation hardware.

2. Park and Secure the Vehicle: Park your BMW 2 Series F22 F23 F87 on a level surface, engage the parking brake, and ensure the vehicle is securely supported on car ramps or using a hydraulic jack.

3. Locate and Disconnect Components:
– Firstly, open the OEM bonnet, and with great care, disconnect any components attached to it. These components may include the hood struts, windshield washer nozzles, and any wiring for lights or sensors.
– Use a socket set to remove the bolts or fasteners securing the OEM bonnet to the vehicle’s hinges.

– Secure the new bonnet by attaching it to the vehicle’s hinges using the provided hardware.

7. Double-Check Alignment:
– Ensure the new bonnet is level and properly aligned with the vehicle’s body lines. Make any necessary adjustments.

8. Final Inspection:
– Tighten all hardware to secure the new bonnet in place.
– Inspect the entire installation to verify that everything is correctly attached.

9. Lower the Vehicle: Carefully lower the vehicle from the car ramps or hydraulic jack.

10. Test Drive: After installation, take your BMW 2 Series F22 F23 F87 for a short test drive to ensure the new M2 CS style aluminum hood bonnet remains securely in place and does not affect the vehicle’s performance or handling.
