ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• Our Audi A7 wide body kit fenders for the Audi RS7 are manufactured in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber reinforced plastic).
• Prime finish “unpainted”.

MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. Safety Precautions: Prioritise safety by wearing safety gloves and goggles when using cutting tools.

2. Prepare the Fenders:
a. Clean the vehicle’s front end thoroughly with a clean cloth and rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt, grease, or wax.
b. Measure and mark the exact placement for the fenders on both sides of the vehicle using masking tape if desired.

3. Alignment and Fitment:
a. Carefully align the fenders with the marked or measured positions on the vehicle’s front end.
b. Ensure that the fenders are level and symmetrically positioned.

4. Cutting Front and Rear Arches:
a. Use appropriate cutting tools (e.g., angle grinder) to cut the front and rear arches of the vehicle where the fenders will be installed.
b. Follow precise measurements and cutting guidelines to ensure a clean and accurate cut.

5. Drill Holes for Rivet Nuts:
a. Use the rivet nut tool to drill holes into the fenders and the vehicle’s body where you plan to install rivet nuts.
b. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for your specific rivet nuts and tool.

6. Install Rivet Nuts:
a. Insert the rivet nuts into the holes drilled in the fenders.
b. Use the rivet nut tool to secure the rivet nuts in place by compressing them.

7. Secure with Bolts:
a. Attach the fenders to the vehicle’s body by inserting bolts through the fenders and into the installed rivet nuts.
b. Tighten the bolts securely to ensure a snug fit.

8. Additional Reinforcement (Optional):
a. For added stability and long-lasting performance, you can apply a thin bead of automotive-grade silicone adhesive along the edges of the fenders where they meet the vehicle’s body.
b. This step helps create a watertight seal and further secures the fenders.

9. Final Adjustments: Double-check the alignment and fitment of the fenders to ensure they are level and properly positioned.

10. Clean and Inspect: Clean any excess adhesive, fingerprints, or marks from the fenders and the vehicle’s surface. Inspect the installation to ensure a secure fit.
