ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture our front bumper conversion for the Audi A6 / S6 C7.7 2015-2018 from PP plastic (polypropylene).

IT COMES WITH:

• Front bumper skin (unpainted).
• Comes without or with a front grill, “full honeycomb mesh design without any logos” (optional).
• It comes with a gloss black front splitter/lip, with canards.
• Side grills finished in gloss black.
• Fake radar sensors.
• Abs plastic air ducts with a silver finish.
• Plastic mesh inserts (air ducts) with a gloss black finish.
• Abs plastic lower front lip with a silver finish.
• Undertray.

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Workspace:
Ensure you have a clean and well-lit workspace. Safety should always come first, so wear appropriate protective gear.

2. Remove the Stock Front Bumper:
Carefully detach the stock front bumper by undoing the screws, clips, and any other fasteners holding it in place. You may need to disconnect wiring for fog lights or sensors if your vehicle has them.

3. Assemble the RS6 Style Front Bumper:
If your RS6 style front bumper comes disassembled, follow the provided instructions to put it together. This might include attaching splitters, canards, or other components.

4. Test Fit the New Bumper:
Before securing it in place, do a test fit of the RS6 style front bumper to ensure it lines up properly with the existing body panels.

5. Secure the RS6 Style Front Bumper:
Once you’re satisfied with the fit, secure the new bumper in place using the provided mounting points. Tighten the screws and fasteners carefully to avoid damaging the bumper or the vehicle’s body.

6. Reconnect Wiring and Components:
If you disconnected any wiring or sensors, make sure to reconnect them as per your vehicle’s wiring diagram or the provided instructions.

7. Check Alignment:
