ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We designed and manufactured our front splitter / lip in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic), making it very durable and strong. Please note that the finish on our front splitter/lip is not gloss black paint. However, if you prefer this finish, you can install it as is, or you have the option to paint it to your liking.
• Front bumper skin not included.

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare Your Workspace: Park your RS6 on a flat, well-lit surface and ensure you have all the necessary tools and materials, including the splitter lip, screws, and a screwdriver.

2. Access the Bumper: Lift the front of your RS6 using a jack and secure it with jack stands. This will provide better access to the front bumper.

3. Position the Lip: Align the splitter lip with the front bumper, ensuring it sits flush and lines up perfectly with the bumper’s edges.

4. Mark Screw Locations: Using a pencil or a marker, mark the locations where you will be screwing the lip into the bumper. Make sure these marks are evenly spaced along the lip.

5. Pre-Drill Holes: Carefully pre-drill holes at the marked locations. Be sure to use a drill bit that’s slightly smaller in diameter than the screws you’ll be using.

6. Attach the Lip: Line up the pre-drilled holes on the lip with the holes on the bumper. Secure the lip in place by screwing it onto the bumper. Start with one screw to hold it in position and then add the remaining screws.

7. Tighten Securely: Ensure that all screws are tightened securely, but be cautious not to overtighten, as it may damage the lip or the bumper.

8. Check Alignment: Double-check the alignment of the lip to make sure it’s perfectly centered and flush with the bumper.

9. Test for Stability: Gently shake the splitter lip to confirm it’s firmly attached to the bumper.

10. Lower Your Vehicle: Carefully remove the jack stands and lower your RS6 to the ground.
