ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• Our 1 piece FRP front splitter for our X-UK RS5 style front bumper upgrade has been designed and manufactured in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber re-enforced plastic) very durable and strong.​
• Please be aware that the finish on our front splitter/lip is not gloss black paint, however, if you are happy with the finish you can install it, otherwise, you can paint it.

INSTALLATION:

1. Preparation:
– Park the car on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
– Ensure the area where the splitter lip valance will be installed is clean and free from dirt or residue.

2. Positioning the Splitter Lip Valance:
– Carefully position the black FRP front lower splitter lip valance against the front of the car, aligning it properly to the bumper.

3. Attaching with Screws:
– If the splitter lip valance has pre-drilled holes, align them with the corresponding positions on the bumper.
– Using a screwdriver or drill, insert screws through the holes in the valance into the bumper. Begin by loosely securing the screws.

4. Applying Automotive Silicone:
– Apply a small amount of automotive silicone adhesive along the edges and contact points of the splitter lip valance that connect with the bumper. This enhances the bond and provides extra security.

5. Finalizing Installation:
– Ensure the valance is properly aligned and sits flush against the bumper.
– Tighten the screws firmly to secure the valance in place.
– Wipe off any excess adhesive or residues using a clean cloth or alcohol wipes.
