ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture the Audi RS3 widebody kit in-house using high-grade FRP (fiber reinforced plastic).

COMES WITH:

• Front splitter / lip “unpainted’.
• A pair of side skirts “unpainted”.
• x 2 piece front fenders “unpainted”.
• x 6 piece rear fenders “unpainted”.
• Rear diffuser “unpainted”.
• 3 Piece Rear spoiler “unpainted”.

INSTALLATION:

1. Pre-Installation Preparation:
Ensure you have all the necessary tools, including marking tape, automotive silicone, and screws.

2. Test Fit the Fenders:
Begin by test fitting the wide body fenders onto the vehicle without securing them. This allows you to visualize the final look and mark the cutting shape accurately using marking tape.

3. Mark Cutting Shape:
Use marking tape to carefully trace the cutting shape on the vehicle’s body.

4. Cutting Procedure:
Safely cut along the marked lines using appropriate cutting tools.

5. Pre-Install Fenders:
With the cutting complete, pre-install the wide body fenders onto the vehicle. Align them carefully with the marked sections, securing them temporarily with screws.

6. Attach Side Skirts and Rear Diffuser:
Attach the side skirts and rear diffuser. Use a combination of automotive silicone and screws to ensure a secure and stable fit.

7. Apply Automotive Silicone:
Apply automotive silicone generously along the edges of the wide body components that meet the vehicle’s body.

8. Secure the Front Lip and Rear Diffuser:
Use screws to secure the front lip and rear diffuser in place. Ensure an even and tight fit, tightening the screws securely for stability.

9. Final Adjustments:
Make any necessary adjustments to ensure all wide body components align seamlessly with the vehicle’s body. Check for symmetry and balance to achieve the desired look.

10. Allow for Cure Time:
Allow the automotive silicone to cure as per the recommended time in the product instructions. This ensures a strong and durable bond between the wide body components and the vehicle.
