ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufactured the Audi RS3 8V lip FRP with canards to fit Saloon 2016-2020 facelift in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber re-enforced plastic).
• It comes unpainted.

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Surface:
Clean the front bumper thoroughly to ensure a clean and smooth surface for attachment. Remove any dirt, debris, or wax that might hinder adhesion.

2. Position the Front Splitter Lip:
Carefully position the front splitter lip on the bumper, ensuring proper alignment. After ensuring that the placement is satisfactory, proceed to mark the drill points where you’ll attach the splitter to the bumper.

3. Drill Holes:
Use an appropriate drill bit to create holes in the marked positions on both the front splitter lip and the bumper. Take care to drill holes that match the size of the screws you’ll be using.

4. Secure with Screws:
Align the drilled holes on the splitter with those on the bumper and attach the front splitter using screws. Tighten them securely to ensure a stable and robust connection.

5. Apply Automotive Silicone:
Apply automotive silicone generously on the edges of the front splitter lip where it meets the bumper. This not only enhances the seal but also provides additional stability.

6. Position the Canards:
Similarly, position the canards on the desired locations on the bumper.

7. Apply Automotive Silicone to Canards:
Apply automotive silicone to the back of the canards that will be in contact with the bumper. Ensure an even and thorough application to promote a strong bond.

8. Press and Hold:
Press the canards firmly against the bumper, holding them in place for a few moments to allow the silicone to bond effectively.

9. Allow for Cure Time:
Allow both the front splitter lip and canards to cure as per the recommended time on the automotive silicone product.
