ITEM DESCRIPTION:

We manufacture our front bumper conversion with honeycomb mesh grill for B9 2018-2020 from PP plastic (polypropylene) and ABS plastic.
It comes unpainted.

COMES WITH THE FOLLOWING:

Front bumper skin (unpainted).
Front grill with a gloss black finish.
Rear Grill Bracket.
A pair of side grills with a gloss black finish.
A pair of fake ACC radars.
Side vents.
Gloss black bottom lip insert.
3 pieces gloss black mesh.
Undertray.

INSTALLATION:

1. Ensure your vehicle is parked on a flat and stable surface. For safety, turn off the engine and engage the parking brake.

2. Carefully raise the front of your vehicle using a jack and secure it with jack stands to create a safe working environment.

3. If your vehicle has an undertray or any components obstructing access to the bumper, remove them to reach the fasteners securing the bumper.

4. Locate and remove all the fasteners and clips securing the OEM bumper to the vehicle. These are usually found on the bottom of the bumper and in the wheel wells. Use the appropriate tools to carefully detach the bumper from the vehicle.

5. Once all fasteners and clips are removed, gently pull the OEM bumper away from the vehicle. Be cautious with any electrical connections or sensors connected to the bumper, and disconnect them as needed.

6. Position your new style front bumper conversion and honeycomb mesh grill in place. Align it properly to ensure it fits snugly on your vehicle.

7. Carefully lower your vehicle from the jack stands and remove the jack. Double-check to ensure the grill is securely in place.

8. Perform a visual inspection to ensure the grill is aligned correctly and all attachments are secure.

9. Start your vehicle and test all the lights, signals, and sensors to ensure they are functioning properly with the new grill.

10. Take your vehicle for a test drive to confirm that everything is in good working order and that the grill is firmly in place.
