ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture our RSQ5 style front grill in gloss black for the Audi Q5 / SQ5 8R 2012-2015 from ABS plastic.
• Finished in gloss black.
• Full honeycomb mesh design, “without any logos”.
• Removable number/license plate holder.
• Comes with parking sensor brackets built into the grill.
• Removable X-UK badge.

​INSTALLATION:

1. Safety First: Ensure the vehicle is safely raised and properly supported.

2. Remove the Front Bumper:
a. Open the vehicle’s bonnet and locate the screws or clips securing the top of the front bumper to the radiator support. Remove these fasteners.
b. Move underneath the vehicle and locate the screws, bolts, or clips securing the bottom of the front bumper to the vehicle frame. Remove these fasteners.
c. Carefully detach any wiring harnesses or connectors connected to the bumper. This may include fog lights, parking sensors, or other electrical components.
d. With all fasteners and connections removed, gently pull the front bumper away from the vehicle. Set it aside in a safe location.

3. Replace the Front Grill:
a. After the front bumper is removed, access to the front grill is straightforward. Detach any retaining clips or screws securing the OEM grill.
b. Carefully remove the OEM grill from its housing.
c. Align the RSQ5 style front grill in gloss black with the housing and secure it in place with the appropriate clips or screws. Make sure it’s properly seated and aligned.
d. Reconnect any wiring harnesses or connectors to the grill if applicable.

4. Reattach the Front Bumper:
a. Carefully align the front bumper with the vehicle’s body and ensure all clips, screws, and connectors are properly aligned.
b. Reattach the front bumper by securing the top and bottom with the appropriate fasteners.
c. Test the fit and alignment of the front bumper to ensure it’s snug and properly positioned.
d. Reconnect any electrical components, like fog lights or parking sensors.
e. Tighten all fasteners securely to hold the bumper in place.

5. Final Check:
a. After the grill and bumper are installed, perform a visual inspection to ensure everything is properly aligned and secured.
b. Test any lighting or sensor systems to verify they are functioning correctly.
