Introducing our wide body kit for the Audi A6 and S6 C7 C7.5, available for both saloon and avant models, crafted from high-quality FRP material.

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• Our wide body kit conversion for the Audi A6 and S6 C7 / C7.5 2011-2018 is manufactured in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber reinforced plastic).
• It comes unpainted “primer finish”.

OUR WIDE BODY KIT COMES WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• X 4 pieces front fenders set “unpainted”.
• X 6 pieces rear fenders set “unpainted”.
• Front splitter / lip “unpainted”.
• A pair of side skirts set “unpainted”
• Rear spoiler ducktail “unpainted”.

INSTALLATION:

1. Safety First: Ensure you are working in a safe and well-ventilated area. Wear appropriate safety gear, including gloves and eye protection.

2. Prepare the Vehicle: Lift and secure your vehicle using jack stands or a lift to access the wheel arches.

3. Mark Cutting Lines: Carefully mark the cutting lines on the front and rear wheel arches where you’ll need to create space for the wider kit. Double-check your measurements to ensure accuracy.

4. Cut the Arch Extensions: Using a suitable cutting tool, carefully cut along the marked lines. Take your time and make precise cuts to achieve the desired fit.

5. Dry Fit Components: Before permanent installation, dry-fit the wide body kit components. Ensure that they align correctly and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a snug fit.

6. Apply Automotive Silicone: Apply automotive-grade silicone adhesive to the mating surfaces of the wide body kit components. Be generous with the adhesive but avoid excess that might squeeze out.

7. Attach the Kit: Carefully position the wide body kit components onto the vehicle, aligning them with the body lines. Secure them in place by applying even pressure.

8. Final Adjustments: Once all components are installed, double-check alignment and fitment. Make any necessary adjustments and ensure that everything looks symmetrical.

9. Allow to Cure: Leave the vehicle undisturbed for the recommended curing time for the adhesive to set properly.

10. Reassemble: After the adhesive has fully cured, lower the vehicle, and reassemble any removed parts like wheels, wheel arch liners, and trim.

11. Enjoy Your Wide Body Kit: With the installation complete, you can now enjoy the enhanced appearance and performance of your Audi A6 or S6 with the wide body kit.
