ITEM DESCRIPTION:

It comes in two different finishes: 

• FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) with a primer finish “ready to paint”.
• Gloss Black paint finish.

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare Your Tools: Before you begin, gather all the necessary tools and materials, including automotive silicone, screws, a screwdriver, a jack and jack stands (for added safety), and a clean cloth for surface preparation.

2. Raise the Vehicle: If available, use a jack to lift the front of your vehicle and secure it with jack stands to create a safe working space underneath the bumper.

3. Clean the Surface: Ensure the bumper’s lower surface is clean and free from debris, dust, or dirt. Use a clean cloth and an appropriate cleaning agent to wipe the area.

4. Apply Automotive Silicone: Apply a thin and even layer of automotive silicone to the edges of the splitter lip that will come into contact with the bumper. This will help create a strong bond and seal.

5. Position the Splitter Lip: Carefully position the Front Bumper Lower Splitter Lip on the bumper, aligning it precisely as desired. Ensure that it fits snugly and evenly.

6. Secure with Screws: Once the splitter lip is in the correct position, use screws to secure it firmly to the bumper. First, drill small holes through the splitter lip into the bumper, then insert screws and tighten them securely.

7. Check Alignment: Double-check the alignment and make any necessary adjustments to ensure the splitter lip is perfectly aligned with the bumper.

8. Allow for Drying Time: Let the automotive silicone cure and dry according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

9. Lower the Vehicle: After the silicone has fully dried, carefully lower the vehicle from the jack stands if you used them.

10. Final Inspection: Perform a final inspection to ensure that the Front Bumper Lower Splitter Lip is securely attached, aligned properly, and looks great.
