ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• Our Audi A4 side skirts have been designed and manufactured in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber reinforced plastic) very durable and strong.​
• Finished in black FRP “Please be aware that the finish on our side skirts lip is not gloss black paint, however, if you are happy with the finish you can install them, otherwise you can paint them.
• Before buying, please check that the measurements of your car are compatible with the measurements of our side skirts.

​​INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Surface: Clean the area along the lower edge of the vehicle where the side skirts will be installed. Use panel wipe to ensure the surface is free from dirt, grease, and residue. Let it dry completely.

2. Position the Extensions: Place the black FRP side skirts extensions against the vehicle’s lower edge to verify fit and alignment. Use masking tape to temporarily secure them in place, adjusting as needed to ensure proper alignment.

3. Mark the Mounting Points: Once satisfied with the placement, mark the spots on the vehicle’s body where the screw holes on the extensions align.

4. Drill Pilot Holes: Carefully drill pilot holes at the marked spots on the vehicle’s body. Ensure the holes are the appropriate size for the screws you’ll be using.

5. Apply Silicone Adhesive: Apply a thin, even layer of automotive silicone adhesive to the backside of the side skirts extensions that will come in contact with the vehicle. This will help create a secure seal and prevent potential vibrations.

6. Secure the Extensions: Line up the extensions with the pilot holes on the vehicle and carefully place them onto the lower edge. Insert screws through the pre-drilled holes on the extensions into the pilot holes on the vehicle. Use a screwdriver to tighten the screws securely but avoid over-tightening to prevent damage.

7. Cleanup and Final Adjustments: Wipe away any excess silicone or smudges with a clean cloth. Double-check the alignment of the side skirts extensions and make any final adjustments if needed.

8. Allow for Cure Time: Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the automotive silicone adhesive regarding curing time. It’s typically recommended to let it cure for at least 24 hours before driving.
