INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Area: Park the vehicle on a flat surface and engage the parking brake for stability.

2. Position the Spoiler: Place the FRP rear spoiler wing ducktail in the desired position on the tailgate, ensuring proper alignment.

3. Mark Mounting Points: Use a marker to indicate the spots where holes will be drilled for the rivet nuts. Ensure they align with the mounting holes on the spoiler.

4. Drill Holes: Carefully drill holes at the marked spots on the tailgate to accommodate the rivet nuts.

5. Install Rivet Nuts: Use a rivet gun to install the rivet nuts securely into the holes on the tailgate.

6. Attach the Spoiler: Align the mounting holes on the spoiler with the installed rivet nuts. Insert bolts through the spoiler and into the rivet nuts. Tighten the bolts gradually and evenly to secure the spoiler in place.

Option 2: Blending the Spoiler into the Tailgate

1. Clean and Prep the Surface: Thoroughly clean the area where the spoiler will be attached using panel wipe. Ensure the surface is dry.

2. Position and Align the Spoiler: Place the FRP rear spoiler wing ducktail in the desired position on the tailgate, ensuring proper alignment.

3. Prepare the Body Filler: Mix the body filler according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

4. Apply the Body Filler: Apply the body filler around the edges of the spoiler where it meets the tailgate. Smooth and blend it carefully to create a seamless transition between the spoiler and the tailgate.

5. Allow to Cure and Sand: Let the body filler cure as per the instructions. Once cured, use sandpaper to smooth the surface for a seamless finish.
