Material (FRP):

• We manufacture the Audi A3 8V widebody conversion in house from FRP.
• 4 x FRP wheel arches “unpainted”.
• A pair of Side skirts “unpainted”.

MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Cut front and rear arches.
• Drilling.
• Sanding.

INSTALLATION:

1. Pre-Installation Planning:
Familiarise yourself with the components and steps involved to ensure a smooth process.

2. Vehicle Preparation:
Clean the vehicle thoroughly, ensuring the areas where the wheel arches and side skirts will be installed are free of dirt and debris. This provides a clean surface for accurate marking and attachment.

3. Test Fit the Fenders:
Test fit the wide body conversion fenders onto the vehicle without fully attaching them. This step helps you visualize the final look and allows you to mark the cutting sections accurately.

4. Mark Cutting Sections:
With the fenders in place, use masking tape or a similar marking method to outline the cutting sections on the vehicle’s body. This ensures precise and accurate cuts, minimizing any potential errors.

5. Cutting Procedure:
Carefully cut along the marked sections using appropriate cutting tools.

6. Pre-Drill Holes:
Before attaching the fenders permanently, pre-drill the necessary holes in both the fenders and the marked sections on the vehicle.

7. Attach Fenders:
Align the pre-drilled holes on the fenders with those on the vehicle, ensuring a snug fit. Secure the fenders in place using the provided screws or bolts, tightening them evenly to maintain a balanced appearance.

8. Install Side Skirts:
Follow a similar procedure for the side skirts. Test fit them, pre-drill holes for a precise and secure attachment.

9. Final Adjustments:
Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the wide body conversion components align seamlessly with the vehicle’s body. Check for symmetry and balance to achieve the desired look.

10. Secure All Components:
Once satisfied with the fit and alignment, securely tighten all screws and bolts to ensure a stable and reliable attachment of the wide body conversion wheel arches and side skirts.
