INSTALLATION:

1. Pre-Installation Preparation:
Ensure you have double-sided tape, automotive silicone, masking tape, and any necessary tools.

2. Pre-Fitting:
Initiate a pre-fitting of the ABS rear spoiler without attaching it. This step allows you to visualize the positioning and make any necessary adjustments before proceeding with the final installation.

3. Masking Tape Marking:
Use masking tape to carefully mark the position on the tailgate where the spoiler will be installed. This serves as a guide for precise placement during the final installation.

4. Surface Preparation:
Ensure the tailgate surface is clean and free of any debris or wax. This promotes better adhesion for both the double-sided tape and automotive silicone.

5. Apply Double-Sided Tape
Cut the double-sided tape to match the length of the spoiler’s contact areas. Apply the tape to the spoiler, aligning it with the marked positions on the tailgate.

6. Apply Automotive Silicone:
Apply automotive silicone along the edges of the spoiler where it meets the tailgate. This not only enhances the seal but also provides additional stability.

7. Position and Attach the Spoiler:
Align the spoiler with the marked positions on the tailgate and gently press it into place. Ensure it is centered and symmetrical. Allow the double-sided tape and silicone to make proper contact.

8. Secure with Masking Tape:
Temporarily secure the spoiler in place using additional pieces of masking tape. This helps hold the spoiler in position while the adhesive and silicone set.

9. Final Adjustments:
Make any necessary adjustments to ensure the spoiler is level and aligned as desired.

10. Allow for Cure Time:
Allow the double-sided tape and automotive silicone to cure as per the recommended time in the product instructions. This ensures a strong and durable bond.
