ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture our wide body fenders and side skirt extensions from high-grade FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic).

COME WITH:

• 4 x Wheel arches set “unpainted”.
• 1 x Front lip “unpainted”.
• 2 x Side skirts ‘unpainted”.
• 1 x Rear spoiler “unpainted”.

INSTALLATION:

1. Gather Your Tools:
Ensure you have all the necessary tools and materials, including the wide body kit, masking tape, a marker, a measuring tape, a cutting tool, a drill, screws, and a leveling tool.

2. Pre-Installation with Masking Tape:
a. Temporarily attach the wide body kit components using masking tape. This allows you to visualize the fit and ensure proper alignment before making any permanent modifications.

b. Mark the areas on the front and rear arches where cutting will be required for a seamless fit. Use a marker to make clear and precise markings.

3. Remove the Kit for Cutting:
Carefully remove the wide body kit components after marking the cutting sections. This step ensures a clean and accurate cut without any obstruction.

4. Cutting the Arch Sections:
Using the marked lines as a guide, cut the designated sections on the front and rear arches. Exercise caution to achieve a smooth and precise cut.

5. Re-Install for Hole Marking:
Once the cutting is complete, re-install the wide body kit components using masking tape. Ensure that the fit is still aligned correctly.

6. Mark Hole Locations:
Mark the locations where holes will need to be drilled to secure the wide body kit components to the body of the car. Use a measuring tape and a marker for accurate placement.

7. Remove Kit for Drilling:
Carefully remove the wide body kit components again. This step allows you to drill holes without any interference and ensures a clean and professional finish.

8. Drilling Holes:
Drill holes in the marked locations on the body of the car. Use the appropriate drill bit size for the screws.

9. Re-Install with Screws:
Securely re-install the wide body kit components onto the car using screws. Ensure that all holes align properly and tighten the screws evenly.

10. Level and Adjust:
Use a levelling tool to ensure that the wide body kit components are properly aligned and level with the car’s body. Make any necessary adjustments before finalising the installation.
