INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare Your Workspace:
Start by parking your vehicle on a level surface and ensuring the engine is turned off. It’s a good idea to wear safety glasses and gloves throughout the installation to protect yourself and your vehicle.

2. Open the Hood:
Pop the hood of your Audi TT TTS and locate the retaining clips securing the top part of the bumper cover. Use the trim removal tools to gently pry these clips open and remove the upper portion of the bumper cover.

3. Remove the Front Bumper:
You’ll need to access the fasteners securing the front bumper. These are typically located under the vehicle and inside the wheel wells. Raise the front of your car using a jack and secure it with jack stands for safety. Remove the fasteners with a socket wrench and any additional clips or screws securing the bumper.

4. Disconnect Wiring and Sensors (If Applicable):
If your Audi TT TTS is equipped with fog lights or parking sensors, carefully disconnect the wiring harnesses and sensor connectors. Label them to make reinstallation easier later.

5. Detach the Bumper Cover:
Carefully pull the front bumper cover away from the vehicle. This may require some force, so proceed with caution. Be mindful not to damage the paint or any surrounding components.

6. Remove the Old Grill:
With the bumper cover removed, you can now access the existing grill. Remove it by releasing any clips, screws, or fasteners securing it in place.

7. Install the New TTRS Style Grill:
Position the TTRS style honeycomb mesh grill in place of the old grill. Ensure that it aligns properly with the mounting points. Secure it with the provided screws or clips.

8. Reattach the Bumper Cover:
Carefully reattach the front bumper cover by aligning it with the vehicle’s body and securing it with the fasteners, clips, and screws. Reconnect any wiring and sensors you disconnected earlier.

9. Lower the Vehicle:
Remove the jack stands and lower your Audi TT TTS back to the ground.

10. Final Checks:
Double-check that the grill is securely attached and aligned correctly. Make sure all fasteners are tightened properly. Close the hood and ensure that all parts fit snugly.

11. Test the Functionality:
Turn on your vehicle and test the functionality of any integrated lights, parking sensors, or other features to ensure they work correctly.

Dispose of any removed parts or packaging, and clean your work area.
