ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture our RS5 style rear bumper conversion for the Audi A5 / S5 2007-2012 from PP plastic (polypropylene).

​COMES WITH:

• Rear bumper skin (unpainted) with a built-in internal frame.
• A pair of Stainless steel oval tailpipes.
• A pair of tailpipe re-locators.
• Two pieces rear diffuser (unpainted).
• 4 x pre-drilled sensor holes with plastic dummy / fake sensors.
• Fitting kit.

​INSTALLATION:

1. Preparation:
– Park the car on a level surface and engage the parking brake.
– Open the trunk or boot and remove any items to access the bumper mounts.

2. Removing the OEM Bumper:
– Locate and remove the screws, bolts, or clips securing the OEM bumper. These are typically found under the rear of the car or inside the trunk/boot.
– Carefully disconnect any electrical connectors, such as lights or sensors, attached to the bumper.
– With an assistant’s help, gently pull the OEM bumper away from the car and set it aside.

3. Installing the New Bumper:
– Clean the mounting area and ensure it’s free from debris or residue.
– Position the new RS5-style rear bumper onto the mounting points, aligning it with the body of the car.
– Secure the new bumper by reinstalling the screws, bolts, or clips removed from the OEM bumper onto the new bumper. Follow the instructions provided by the bumper kit for the specific mounting points and hardware.

4. Reconnecting Electrical Connectors:
– Reconnect any electrical connectors for lights, sensors, or other components to the new bumper.

5. Alignment and Adjustment:
– Once the new bumper is in place, check its alignment and make any necessary adjustments to ensure a proper fit. Ensure the gaps are uniform, and the bumper sits flush with the body panels.

6. Final Touches:
– Double-check that all attachments and screws are securely fastened.
– Perform a final visual inspection to ensure the new bumper is installed correctly and looks as intended.
