ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We designed and manufactured the Audi RS4 B9 splitter in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber reinforced plastic), ensuring it is very durable and strong.
• Please be aware that the finish on our front splitter/lip is not gloss black paint, however, if you are happy with the finish you can install it, otherwise, you can paint it.
• Our front lip does not increase overall vehicle weight.

​​INSTALLATION:

1. Preparation:
– Park the car on a level surface and turn off the engine.
– Clean the area where the splitter will be attached using isopropyl alcohol or a degreaser to remove any dirt or residue.
– Ensure the surface is completely dry before proceeding.

2. Positioning:
– Place the front splitter under the front bumper to check the positioning and alignment. Use painter’s tape to mark the exact placement if needed.

3. Preparing the Splitter:
– Drill pilot holes on the splitter where the screws will be placed. Ensure these holes align with the marked spots on the bumper.

4. Applying Silicone Adhesive:
– Apply automotive-grade silicone adhesive along the contact surface of the splitter that will attach to the bumper.

5. Attaching the Splitter:
– Carefully position the splitter in place, aligning it with the marked spots on the bumper.
– Secure the splitter by inserting screws through the pre-drilled holes, fastening it to the bumper.

6. Final Checks:
– Tighten the screws evenly to ensure the front splitter is securely attached.
– Remove any excess adhesive that might squeeze out from the edges using a clean microfiber cloth.

7. Allow for Proper Setting:
– Avoid moving the vehicle or exposing it to heavy rain or extreme conditions for the recommended setting time specified by the adhesive manufacturer.
