• Our 3-piece rear diffuser add-on for the Audi RS6 Avant C7 from 2011 until 2014 is manufactured in house using high-grade FRP (fiber re-enforced plastic).
• We offer two finish options:

1. Primer (unpainted).
2. Gloss black paint finish.

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Vehicle:
– Ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat, level surface and the engine is turned off.
– If available, use a jack or car lift to raise the rear of the vehicle. This will provide better access to the rear bumper and diffuser area.

2. Clean the Surfaces:
– Thoroughly clean the rear bumper and the mating surfaces of the 3-piece rear diffuser add-on using a clean, lint-free cloth and a suitable automotive cleaner.
– Remove any dirt, grease, or residue that may hinder proper adhesion.

3. Position the Diffuser Pieces:
– Carefully position each of the three diffuser pieces onto the rear bumper to ensure they align correctly. You can use masking tape to temporarily hold them in place.

4. Apply Automotive Silicone:
– Apply a generous amount of high-temperature resistant automotive silicone adhesive to the mating surfaces on both the rear bumper and the diffuser pieces. Ensure even coverage.

5. Attach the Diffuser Pieces:
– Gently press each diffuser piece onto the rear bumper, aligning them with the marked positions.
– Use masking tape or clamps to hold the pieces securely in place while the silicone cures. Follow the silicone manufacturer’s instructions for curing time.

6. Final Adjustments:
– Double-check the alignment of the diffuser pieces to make sure they are symmetrical and correctly positioned.
– Clean up any excess silicone that may have squeezed out during installation.

7. Curing Time:
– Allow the automotive silicone to fully cure as per the manufacturer’s instructions. This typically takes several hours to achieve maximum adhesion and strength.

8. Test Drive:
– After the silicone has cured, take your vehicle for a test drive to ensure the diffuser remains securely attached, especially if you’re driving at higher speeds.
