ITEM DESCRIPTION:

INSTALLATION:

1. Prepare the Surface: Start by cleaning the existing door handles thoroughly with a clean cloth and rubbing alcohol. Ensure that the surface is free from dirt, dust, and residue.

2. Test Fit: Before applying any adhesive, test fit the carbon fiber door handle covers over the OEM handles to ensure they align properly and look symmetrical.

3. Apply Automotive Silicone: Apply a small amount of automotive silicone adhesive to the back of each carbon fiber door handle cover. Be cautious not to use too much, as excess adhesive can squeeze out when you press the cover onto the handle.

4. Position and Press: Carefully place each door handle cover onto the OEM handles, aligning them perfectly. Press down firmly to ensure good adhesion.

5. Secure with Tape (Optional): If necessary, you can use painter’s tape or low-adhesive masking tape to hold the covers in place while the silicone cures. This helps to prevent any accidental shifting.

6. Let It Cure: Allow the automotive silicone to cure and bond the covers to the OEM handles. Refer to the silicone manufacturer’s instructions for the recommended curing time.

7. Clean Up: After the silicone has fully cured, remove any excess adhesive using a clean cloth and a small amount of rubbing alcohol.

8. Final Inspection: Once the covers are securely attached and any excess adhesive is removed, do a final visual inspection to ensure everything looks aligned and clean.
