ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• Our Audi A5 S-line S5 2012-2015 facelift coupe rear diffuser is manufactured in-house from high-grade FRP (fiber re-enforced plastic) very durable and strong.
• Please be aware that the finish on our rear diffuser is not gloss black paint, however, if you are happy with the finish you can install it, otherwise, you can paint the diffuser.
• Our rear diffuser comes with the option to add a cover(s) for left and right, this helps customers to cover one side if they don’t want to have a quad exhaust system fitted or simply if you have a single exhaust on each side and you are looking for that snug fit you can easily cover both sides and make you own round holes on the cover(s).

INSTALLATION:

1. Preparation: Gather all the necessary tools and materials, including the rear diffuser, screws, a screwdriver, and a jack or ramps to elevate the rear of your vehicle.

2. Safety First: Ensure the safety of your vehicle by parking it on a level surface, applying the parking brake, and disconnecting the negative terminal of the battery to prevent any electrical issues.

3. Raise the Rear: If you have a jack, carefully lift the rear of your vehicle and secure it with jack stands. If you have ramps, drive your car onto them to create enough space to work underneath.

4. Remove Rear Bumper: Locate and remove the screws or clips holding the rear bumper in place. You may need to access some of these fasteners from inside the trunk. Gently detach the bumper from the vehicle.

5. Install Diffuser Skin: Place the FRP rear diffuser skin into the bumper’s designated area. Align it properly to ensure a snug fit.

6. Secure with Screws: Carefully insert screws through a few of the diffuser tabs and into the corresponding points on the bumper. This step is crucial; additionally, it helps to prevent the diffuser from pushing back or falling off during driving.

7. Check Alignment: Double-check the alignment and fitment of the rear diffuser to ensure it’s securely in place.

8. Reattach the Rear Bumper: Carefully reattach the rear bumper to the vehicle, making sure all clips and screws are properly secured. Tighten all fasteners securely.

9. Lower the Vehicle: If you used a jack, gently lower your vehicle back to the ground. Remove the jack stands if applicable.

10. Reconnect Battery: Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.

11. Final Inspection: Inspect the installed rear diffuser to ensure it’s securely attached and properly aligned.

12. Test Drive: Before hitting the road, take a short test drive to ensure everything feels stable and secure.
