ITEM DESCRIPTION:

• We manufacture our RS7-style rear diffuser for Audi A7 S-line 2016-2018 Black Edition from ABS plastic.
• Finished in gloss black.
• Comes with a pair of stainless steel exhaust tips with a black chrome finish.
• Comes with a pair of ABS plastic brackets.

INSTALLATION:

1. Gather Tools and Materials:
Assemble the required tools and materials, including screwdrivers, a trim removal tool, a jack and jack stands, and the rear diffuser kit.

2. Prepare the Workspace:
Choose a well-lit and spacious area to work. Ensure the vehicle is safely lifted or supported as you’ll be removing the rear bumper.

3. Remove the OEM Rear Bumper:
Carefully detach the fasteners and screws securing the OEM rear bumper. Utilize a trim removal tool for any clips or panels. Disconnect any wiring or sensors attached to the OEM bumper.

4. Install RS7-style Rear Diffuser:
Position the RS7-style rear diffuser in place of the OEM diffuser. Ensure a proper fit and alignment before securing it in place. Use the provided screws and fasteners to secure the new diffuser. Reconnect any wiring or sensors as necessary.

5. Reattach the OEM Rear Bumper:
Carefully position the OEM rear bumper back onto the vehicle. Reattach the fasteners and screws to secure the OEM rear bumper in place.

6. Secure all Fasteners:
Tighten all screws and fasteners securely, ensuring both the rear diffuser and the OEM rear bumper are firmly attached.

7. Check for Clearance and Alignment:
Verify that there is proper clearance between the new diffuser and other components. Adjust if needed to achieve a seamless fit.

8. Reconnect Wiring and Sensors:
Reconnect any wiring or sensors that were detached from the OEM bumper. Test functionality to ensure everything is working correctly.

9. Final Inspection:
Conduct a final visual inspection of the installed RS7-style rear diffuser and the reattached OEM rear bumper. Confirm that all components are securely in place and aligned correctly.
